INTROSPECTION:
A Workbook-Notebook to Guide Reflection
What is Introspection?
Introspection is a workbook-notebook hybrid that includes creative reflection prompts, coloring pages, affirmation quotes, and fillable calendar sheets to support planning and inner work.
Who is Introspection for?
Introspection is for those who want to pause and reflect throughout the year. Whether you’re seasoned in your reflexive journey or new to reflection practice, this workbook-notebook is for all who desire a guide to complement other introspection strategies (e.g., therapy, journaling, meditation, dialogue, etc.). Introspection is for anyone looking for a tool to more carefully listen to what the universe is saying.
Why did I create Introspection?
Although I’ve explored bullet journals, yearly planners as thick as textbooks, and reflection workbooks of all kinds, I’ve always longed for one notebook that could house the bulk of my reflection work in one place. I finally decided to bring my dream to fruition after years of publication design and digital illustration practice, more than a decade of teaching, and years of struggling to centralize my reflexive efforts in one place. Introspection is my gift to those looking for answers. Such answers exist within ourselves, our relationships, higher power, and the world around us if we’re willing to do the work.
